These Terms govern your use of Xylator AI’s services, including Custom App development, AI automation, HighLevel integrations, and related solutions. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We provide subscription-based and custom development services. Project timelines, specific deliverables, and scope are agreed upon in writing or selected via our service packages. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All payments must be made upfront or as agreed. Subscriptions renew monthly automatically unless canceled.

Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of services or access to developed tools until the balance is cleared.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (such as API keys or sub-account access) to allow us to complete projects. Delays caused by lack of client response may impact delivery timelines.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by third-party services (including updates to the HighLevel platform that may affect custom integrations).

Either party may terminate services with written notice. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Refunds are subject to our specific refund policy outlined in your service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (or your operating country). Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.
